Attendance & Absence
Morning Session: 8.50am to 12.00 noon
Breaks: All children have a 20 minute break in the morning (10.30am - 10.50am) and 1 hour for lunch (12.00-1.00pm). Children in reception and KS1 may have an additional break in the afternoon at the discretion of the teaching staff.
Afternoon Session: 1.00pm to 3.20pm
- Doors open 5 minutes before registration at 8.45am so that your child can be settled by 8.50am
- Children should not arrive at school before 8.40am when a member of staff will be on the playground
- Children who arrive after the register has been completed will receive a late mark.
- If a child arrives after 8.50am, please bring them through the main entrance and register their attendance at the school office.
- At home time, parents wait in the playground. Reception parents should wait by the Reception gate. Children are not permitted to leave their teacher until the teacher has seen their parent/carer. If you wish your child to be collected by another adult, please give us advance notice.
- If your child is ill please notify the school office by calling 01926 853015 and leaving a voicemail, or by emailing us on admin2605@welearn365.com
- Holidays in term time cannot be authorised unless there are exceptional circumstances.
