We kicked off the week with a fun-packed exhilarating dance session with Ricky Brown on Monday. We enjoyed dancing to ‘A friend like me’ from Aladdin. In English, we carefully planned our alien explanation text taking into account all the ideas from the toolkit that we have been learning this half term. We were inspired by the details in ‘Dr Xargle’s Book of Earthlets’ and ‘Dr Xargle’s Book of Earth Relations’ for the details for our text. The paper mache alien models we made in DT and Dr Xargle books really helped to stimulate our imagination. Some of the descriptions of the aliens are totally out of this world!
